Service Requests

Submitting a request through this website asks Colvex Plumbing LLC to contact you about scheduling; it does not itself create a confirmed appointment. Arrival windows require phone or text confirmation.

Pricing

We provide flat-rate pricing before work begins. You pay the approved written price for the specified scope. Any change to that scope requires a new quote and your approval before proceeding.

Workmanship Guarantee

Colvex provides a one-year workmanship guarantee from the date of service. If workmanship fails during this period, we return at no charge. The guarantee covers labor and workmanship only; manufacturer warranties apply to parts. Exclusions include misuse damage, unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, and work performed by others.

Licensing

Colvex Plumbing LLC operates under Responsible Master Plumber Joshua Campbell, License No. M-37980, regulated by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
